APPLYING IRON-ON BADGES:
SET IRON TEMPERATURE TO MAX (if it reads digitally then set it at 175 degrees) : DO NOT USE STEAM DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC BACKING ON THE BADGE (this is actually the glue) IRON ON A FLAT SURFACE / PLACE WITH THE BADGE SIDE FACING UP / TURN GARMENT OVER / LAY A PIECE OF GREASEPROOF PAPER ON TOP OR A THIN PIECE OF CLOTH / PRESS IRON DOWN FROM THE REVERSE SIDE OR THE GARMENT, I.E. YOU ARE PRESSING DOWN ON THE BACK OF THE BADGE NOT THE EMBROIDERED SIDE IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PRESS DOWN ON THE REVERSE SIDE THEN REPEAT THIS PROCESS A SECOND TIME APPLY A CONSTANT PRESSURE FOR 15 – 20 SECONDS (DO NOT USE A BACK AND FORTH MOTION) ALLOW TO COOL THOROUGHLY (5 MINUTES) BEFORE USING GARMENT. THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NYLON, RAYON, TEFLON, WATERPROOFED OR TRI-ACETATE FABRICS. THE BADGE SHOULD THEN BE WASHABLE, DRYABLE AND DRY CLEANABLE. IF THE BADGE LOOSENS AT THE EDGES PRIOR TO OR AFTER A WASH, THEN RE-APPLY THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS, IDEALLY USING A DIFFERENT (NEWER) IRON. OLD IRONS TEND TO LOSE THE UNIFORMITY OF HEAT ACROSS THE PLATE. ALTERNATIVELY A PERMANENT FABRIC GLUE AVAILABLE FROM ARTS, CRAFTS AND BARIC STORES CAN BE APPLIED.

Beyond Merchandise Ltd. has three shipping zones that we send merchandise to. These zones are listed below and we will only ship to countries listed. If you have any queries regarding shipping, please do email our Customer Services team.
Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are calculated based on weight and size of the products you order. Please be aware any international orders could have local tax and duties applied by local customs and Beyond Merchandise are not liable for these charges as they are outside of our control. Shipments overseas can take as long as 3 weeks depending on local customs and delivery services, so we cannot identify undelivered orders until that time has passed.
Returns Policy
Returns Policy
Customers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made, and ends 7 days after the receipt of the goods.
Customers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery for unwanted goods.
Goods will be refunded or exchanged for different sizes/designs/products (providing they are the same price as the goods being returned), as long as we are informed of the action required by the customer/receive the items within the timeframe stated above.
Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
