CLICK & COLLECT

  • Click & Collect Items are clearly marked with the Click & Collect Badge (shown above).
  • Click & Collect and Postal items CANNOT occupy the same basket. (Therefore if you wish to purchase a Click & Collect item AND a Postal item they MUST be done in separate baskets as different orders.
  • Click & Collect option is only available prior to the event. The click and collect option will be available from May 1st 2024 until 21st July 2024.
  • NOT all items will be available for Click & Collect due to logistical issues.
  • Click & Collect pickups are time and date specific, so please make a careful note of your chosen time and date slot. It should be printed on your order confirmation email.
  • There are only a limited numbers of orders we can fulfil for each time slot across the festival opening time so if they are greyed out it means they are no longer available.
  • Any changes to the order/size of the items CANNOT be done at the merchandise collection point at the festival. Returns or exchanges MUST be done at either the main merchandise stand at the festival and/or the online store. We CANNOT guarantee the availability of products after collection.
  • When collecting your order you MUST bring;
    • One form of photo ID such as drivers license, or passport with address
    • Copy of the order either paper or digital
  • Collect your order ONLY at the time/date given. If you do not arrive at the designated time/date you may not be served depending on how busy it is.
  • Any order NOT collected at the event will be returned to our warehouse and refunded less an administration charge of £10 for non-collection.
  • Orders cancelled after the click and collect window closes will be refunded but may also incur a £10 administration charge.
